You can't just go out and say you want to be a nurse you have to actually pay a college to get a degree 🤷♀️seems to me like it's common sense but unfortunately not for everybody.and lastly I guess sometimes people need many analogies but if you go to a convenience store versus going to Walmart we know it's going to be a lot more expensive at the convenience store because you're paying for convenience.

I don't mind 'over paying' (within reason) for this convenience - when you pay your PMC to carry out these issues what you really have are -- a property manager, a personal assistant and a maintenance contractor all wrapped into one nice and neat little service.... so yeah..

A property in Allentown, may seem convenient in location, be really close to promising comps, and have good valuations, but only a local expert or someone from the Pittsburgh Area would know that you probably have the market area too wide.

I paid 100% of the cost for the property , but while getting the deed( Tenancy in Common is default in the foreign country) added my dads name to for convenience, as he being retired had more time to travel and do any tasks.

tenant intiially voiced they wanted to stay at least 4 years due to the school district before signing. we are almost through year one with them, and will need to restructure our lease in a few months. they have been fine tenants.i was thinking about incentivizing it, but want some expert opinions. they currently pay 2795 a month, but a total of 2863 with the property mangement fees( pet and "convenience" fees) but we are getting rid of our property mangement company and doing it ourselves. trying to think of the best way to pitch thisso what i was thinking was:2863 for 3 years ( it would stay flat for 3 years)2925 for 2 years (flat for 2)2975 for 1 yearthoughts?
