If I had your shoes on I am first going through the contract with a fine tooth comb to find where you are protected - if it was his contract you likley are not - but never know how savvy the fella is.Next if you are not complete i would give him proper notice (according to the contract and/or state law if applicable).

The question was asked, how do you start finding a provider and deals... it's a funnel... and I feel the best way to find a great TKP is to network with members on BP... really network... comb the boards and find who is really having success with TKP.
