Sounds like you already knew how to land a mentor:) I still have a coach as I believe that there is always something to be learning.

My advice:  get a coach.

I know that some of the real estate coaches that are out there charge close to $1,000 for the same information that is presented there.

I knew I wanted to go bigger and fast, so I hired a coach in an area I wanted to go which was large MF apartments.  

Find a brokerage that is invested in coaching you to generate leads and getting them closed.
