What factors should I prioritize when choosing the best approach for my future success in real estate? 

When I first started, they said I would get results if I just followed their instructions and got indoctrinated in the principles of mindset.They told me, that people actually don't learn from books, courses, sermons or watching videos, but by having a "relationship" with a coach or mentor.   

Can we all agree a dollar made in Austin TX or Bryan TX or Dallas TX or San Francisco CA, or Nashville TN or any where spends the same wherever you choose to spend that dollar.  

He has tons of videos on each country and the viability of the asset for people buying internationally.

An agent sent me a video tape of a fourplex in this area that made it seem pretty good.

Watched some You tube videos about some ways, specifically creating a property LLC with WY LLC being a member manager LLC for the property LLC. 

You can choose to nonrenew them for no reason at all or for being habitually late.

I would also spell out what progress reports/pictures and/or videos should entail.  

A lot of investors based in markets like California and New York are choosing to purchase their investments OOS in the Midwest because of the affordability and numbers making more sense.

I think this is something that won't make someone choose your property over another one if it has Disney plus or not but I do think it adds to the guest experience of the convenience of it.
