I recently went under contract for a 4-unit multifamily property in Fresno, CA (C-Class neighborhood, 93726 AC for those familiar) for 385k with the intention of house hacking. 

Ok so I sent my noticed certified noticed on the 10 it had to be the same on I sent housing and si se my landlord kept refusing to tell me how he wanted sent and I had lost my lease finally he told me and I sent it’s dated 1-7-2020-2-7-2020 what’s the worst that can happen just trying to prepare my self can he take me to court or could I just pay him I mean from the 10th to the 7th it’s 29 days if he wants me to pay for the other day I can it’s so stressful cause I’m on housing

Can he/she push them to make this right?

3) Does he have to find comparable sales that are also used for STR or can he compare apples to oranges and use long term rentals for comparable sales?

Does he have good experience working with real estate investors and can he advise on tax planning for it?

Can he actually block this off making it impossible for the tenants to get up to their apartments?

Can he prove he paid it?
