Remember and i quote it has no property line in-place, till-date have being maintaining neighbors parcel reason high percentile safety issue massive grass and brush including cactus near by my single family home and cabin wildfire ready to occur. furthermore Next door owner of the parcel his mother-in-law on April 12, 2019 sold property to me with the promise placing a fence and contracting a surveyor its being 4 month W/O action. fist should i justified question the matter?

And in this area the trend I'm seeing for rental properties is:-LVP flooring-if countertops do need replaced, do cheap laminate that looks like granite or quartz-if there are tile backsplashes or on walls in bathrooms or kitchens, reglaze with porcelain enamel -if wood floors, refinish them to look new-get rid of old looking light fixtures and replace with brushed nickel-repaint the whole house including cabinets-get rid old old looking vanity tops.
