Ideally, you want to have a blend of revolving and installment credit lines, never be late on a payment, have the average age of your credit lines be over 10 years old, rarely apply for any new credit, have good income compared to your debt, use your credit regularly, and use no more than 7-10% of any one credit line.

I spent 1st grade at the best public school in my town, they decided to switch to some sort of blended grade program, luckily my parents were fortunate enough to be able provide private education for me for 1-8 (I was held back in my first year of private school due to age and probably to increase the schools revenue for another year).

I'm not bad at selecting and blending colors and coordinating designs, it's a fun thing to do, but I have seen some professionally updated ranch homes that really had the wow factor by using color and simple design features that made sence with the style of the home.

I would just guess that most of "our members" are city guys, looking at buying, flipping or leasing properties with a few commercial folks blended in.
