Question - Do they pay only in Bitcoin and such?

As an investor, I am always buying and selling.I am generally buying at all times and if I have to sell something to buy something I like better, I do so.There is an tried and true expression:Don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and then wait.One reason for this is that no one can predict the future.I submit “knowing” when we are at the top of a market or at the bottom of a market is only known 6 to 12 months after the fact.Let’s take Bitcoin for example.I don’t invest in Bitcoin but follow it out of amusement.Bitcoin was $60,000 and is now like $30,000.Is $30,000 the bottom of the market?

Not all landlords are millionaires or billionaires.

Gold, Bitcoin, and Ethereum remove the power to control the supply of currency from governments or central banks.

All these company is lending people money with 10-20% interest rate, the collateral is from bitcoin that they claim will raise forever hahahaha lolit just matter until the reverse is true.

Cash, T-bills, Bitcoin ;), Blue Chip dividend paying stocks, ETFs etc.?

If this is your attitude get out of real estate and go play with bitcoins or cryptocurrency. 

Recently Morgan Stanley announced they were offering select HNWI an opportunity to invest in 1 of 3 different Bitcoin funds, but made only available to HNWI.

I don't know what it's like to be a billionaire, but I'm guessing they didn't get there by listening to pitches from amateurs.

Or you can squander it on a boat, bitcoin, or some new permanent eyeliner. ;)
