Luckily, my wife works for an airline, so traveling to the markets will not be an issue - just need to get to know folks here in the areas that I can work with.

Some hotel and airline rewards can be worth north of $0.02 per dollar spent so it can be worthwhile. 

His pitch was that he works with Delta Airlines and others that attract foreign travelers often for longer stays as part of a package..

But if you require airlines to include every fee in the price before you buy, they should probably do the same thing with hotel rooms. 

I think there is a nice little business to be had supplying just park owners with homes at scale and financing them in a more attractive way.well one way maybe you set it up like the airlines..
