Even a few aggravating issues such as needing to go to the city of Tucson planing and zoning dept to have the electricity turned on.  

Everybody thinks they are gonna rush out and get "Rentals" and they don't realize how much work cost and aggravation there is involved.So if you don't have a lot of CASH just Buy Fix and Flip until you have enough cash to carry you through. 

So it is aggravating to listen to them try and 'sell' you on their great deal.

Unfortunately there is a great deal of liability, and aggravation involved with hiring on new agents.

I understand this could be a complicated process if the water supply is split deep in the bowels of the house.

Lender took 3 1/2 years of aggravation to turn his 100K loan into a 9K + loss with no interest paid.So you see why lenders don't want the property back.

Sticking to this rule saves time, aggravation and money.

As someone who has made millions for my investors it aggravates me to no end when I see brokers misrepresenting themselves and their true ability to produce returns.
