Hi All,As we all know, technology always has a new wave that is always better than the last. 

Fortunately (but also unfortunately for this, I guess) neither of us are rated so we can't defer or wave the loan funding fee.

My main prediction:There will not be a major wave of residential foreclosures.  

The trajectory is close to peaking in places in Europe but has not really begun in the US.This virus will come in waves and even hit the midwest in due time.You'll notice warmer places like India tend to be less contagious. 

Will foreclosures be the next wave of pandemonium?

Hopefully, we won't see huge waves of defaults in residential or commercial paper.

Strong companies will weather this storm and when it passes, confidence will be restored and the up wave of their stock prices will follow.
