I just started the process a few weeks back of becoming a wholesaler but not necessarily in my marketplace (live in Orange County, Ca) wha are some of the best ways to start wholesaling in other markets?

I live In Orange County, Ca and I’m thinking about looking into markets outside of CA but wanted to know if there was anyone who’s in California who’s going through similar market struggles.

I know of the meeting coming up Wednesday night down in South Orange County. 

Coming from Orange County, the averages prices in the south look a lot better but DFW is really hot right too!
