Hwy 40 and 30 meet in Little Rock, 40 goes through OKC to LA and 30 goes through DFW to San Diego.

For example how does the tic/coop differ from the new San Jose lot split?  

Yeah I am sure Ohio was and is probably still good market, but if all investor were heading towards Ohio, what happened in Austin and San Antonio will happen again, not sure if there are a lot of new build in your market.
