While fees are pretty similar between custodians, read the fee schedules carefully as there are sometimes others fees charged that aren't readily discernible.Good luck and happy holidays!

Hopefully the attorney informed you of this- selling a long owned CA property that likely has significant appreciation owned by someone going into long term care is crazy stupid.  

And banks dont care about our math projections and how hard do you want to work to prove your math projections..

One thing I suggest doing as you do your research as well is to find a property on AirBnB that you like. 

We worked with a lawyer over there who is a US ex-pat who created and registered a local LLC for us, which owns our properties.

Would a cash out refi be under commercial terms since the property(s) are under LLC?
