Title work Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Are those the professional photos? 

Definitely not what I would expect from someone who is a professional.

My overall goal for my professional career is to start an investment firm and own a big multifamily portfolio and get into development.

I have personally known Dmitriy for over 15 years, and my company Marshall Reddick has referred him hundreds of clients since then that have all raved about his service, knowledge, and professionalism.

The mirage of get into Real Estate Investing, make ton's of money, get passive, do nothing, sip cocktails on the beach and professionally vacation the rest of your days sounds great, unfortunately it's a mirage. 

Since you're investing from a distance, I recommend interviewing multiple agents, lenders, property managers, contractors, and other professionals to build a strong and reliable team.

Most of them do not and can even hurt you - as your S-corp with rentals. yeah this was under the guidance of the tax professional i went to.

@Sofia De Santos Tavarez if you haven't already, have the property professionally inspected.This should catch MOST of the structural, health & code issues - but not all.

They do an extremely good job at communicating in a professional and respectful manner, but not so much anything else.
