Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Cash invested: $80,000

Acquired this property Sub-to as a quick flip with minimal repairs required. I listed it for a month, then decided that cashflow would be strong with the current mortgage. I rented to assisted living as a 5/3.5; it was ideal.
