My interest in SLC is that I have family there and want to visit often, it is where the USA Climbing Training Center is which gets lots of visitors etc... 

And I'm sorry guys but poorly training your tenant is a fixable issue.

But to answer question STR has worked great in towns with close proximity to train lines. 

You've trained these tenants that the lease doesn't matter.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

That's why I'm currently training new staff to ensure we can always deliver properties with the required quality standard and efficiency.By the way, do you think it would be interesting to offer some basic customizations, like themed paper products or towels, during specific holiday months? 

Also, Fred and Tracy Rewey have training specifically geared toward note brokering.

You can buy any program out there, but if you're not willing to put in the work for an extended period of time, it's not gonna work I personally have a pretty big back ground in the paid for training..

I agree the cleaning and maintenance is more challenging to me than the administrative but there is a sizeable segment that are opposite.Also @Nathan GesnerAirbnb smart pricing and being on 2 platforms only is not comparable IMO to over 20 channels now and having a Wyndham trained revenue manager with 12 years experience. 

Underwriters are now overly trained to see when a person is trying to use a loophole or take advantage of the system.
