Epic!

My amount of disgust has hit epic levels.

I can check the epic pass resorts.

I've also seen other comments on here, and heard BP podcast interviewees state that there are similar ROI (although possibly more expensive) opportunities in the suburban areas on the west coast, perhaps 20, 50 or 100 miles from the main city centers where property values have reached black hole space age epic astronomical proportions.

Before the end of the year I want to hire an architect to design a 2nd floor deck that spans the front of the house so I can take advantage of this epic view.I have a rental house I recently purchased that is being rehabbed.
