There are more higher splits with RE Agents than with the MLB's due to the nature of support and regulatory concerns over MLB's.

I don't believe Michael Swan has any bad intention... the danger of his posting is that he is broadcasting a method that has not been tested out thru down cycles...Buying C at full valuation, 100% occupancy, high rent, in today's market, is dangerous.... period...There are times to buy C... that is when occupancy is at 40%....and that time come again...

The public can attend City Council meetings in person, and they are also broadcast online at http://www.ci.independence.mo.us/City7/VideoEvents , but I don't think there is a way for people to ask questions remotely.I found out about this from MAREI, a local real estate investment group that I am a member of.

Same thing with Breaking Bad, The Emmys, every single NBA, MLB, NFL team..and a bunch of other stuff I'm too lazy to type out haha. 

As to the no eviction pronouncements,  why broadcast it so much? 

The Sunday broadcast is an improvement - covering mindset.
