Hello Debbie, I live in north east Florida in Jacksonville.

I am now preparing my second career as a real estate investor after many years in sales.I have some investments I can use and I am looking for a seller finance property in the area of Jacksonville. 

I'm looking for a good real estate broker (preferably who invests as well or understands real estate investments) in the Jacksonville area that can help me find SFRs (or multifamily properties depending on the cap rate) for buy and hold.

I am currently investigating the markets in Tampa and Jacksonville.
