If that is the case, she should see if there is some balance that let's them scratch that itch without interfering with her business

I think the only real concern is time/freedom, i very much so enjoy my weekends lol, but at the same time im itching to build a business for myself.

I hope all goes well & that investor itch is a real thing, once you have one there are bound to be more!

Don't buy a property just because you have an itch to buy a property. 

Now, I'm itching to do it again, but I don't have as much money to spend.

Then start a new career in the real estate field of your choice and make money off your rentals and your new moves, and maybe another W2 job but one that is more in your interest range and scratches your real estate itch.

Now we're ready to get creative and itching to do more with less. 

I am itching to expand my portfolio and take this thing up a notch.

We are now at a point where we are both just very eager and itching to get started, as I know that is by far the best way I learn is by taking action.
