Unless it's destined for the courthouse steps, you'll need to interface with the current owners (heirs or owner's estate).

My initial impressions:- Interface is not great- Prices are about 20% above what I see in my areas- Too many ads.  

I don't really like interfacing with people.

Ive heard RealVolve, Salesforce, Contactually, Insightly, Market Leader, Top Producer, Rethink, Zoho, Pipedrive, Apptivo, Bitrix 24, BaseSooooooo manyWas leaning towards Contactually but doesnt integrate with our local MLS here in Los Angeles but heard good things about user interface was good price tooNow Leaning toward Top Producer as some fellow colleagues have said good things about it, but its a little pricier @ around $40/month

You have to go into the "Classic Google Voice" interface to update the caller id settings. 

I'd list a spare bedroom first and understand the platform, the customer service aspect, the airbnb interface, the communication, etc.

I do really like the functionality and user interface.

I interface with his clients after they are done opening their Solo 401K and they are very well prepared with the ongoing forms they will need to transact business with their 401K and conduct the rollover from their previous IRA/401K. 

Netflix, Hulu, HBO and Amazon as a part of the Samsung TV interface.
