I am now 19 and I am a new immigrant from Hong Kong.

Although most every country has some issues of some sort no place is perfect except maybe Singapore PS as a young agent I flew to Hong Kong to meet with some Asian investors  Circa 1982 ish  and it was amazing although I had many transactions under my belt i was still very green to the world of high finance etc..

@James Hong,Regardless the source of the listing, the keyword is "negotiate".In Mike Dymski's case, the seller needed to be more motivated.

Sidenote:  It's amazing how many podcasts you can listen to during a 12 hour flight to Hong Kong!!!

In the course of history all of the most economically successful countries are those with the least government.Pretty sure Hong Kong isn't rioting because they are looking forward to mainland China's gift of additional infrastructure.
