I want to start this business as a foreigner living in Hong Kong

Hi Everyone,

I am about to retire in 3 years' time so am eager to find a way that I can still do to maintain my living after retirement.  By chance, I was drawn to attend a 3-day seminar in Hong Kong named "investing in US" which was held by a famous Co. I am very interested to start this business as a foreign real estate investor, however, as I don't have thousands of USD to further attend their courses in US, so I lack a mentor to guide me step by step.  I have a no. of questions below that I need to get solved before I decide to take further action and start this business, so hoping someone on the forum here can guide me.  Million thanks.

1) I was told it's better to buy property using LLC instead under my own name. How can I set up a LLC in Hong Kong? Any idea how much it costs?

2)  Do I need come over to US physically to open a bank account to facilitate all the incoming and outgoing checks?

3)  How do I pay all the bills while living overseas?  just by online banking??

4)  How do I hire a power team like , inspector, contractor, attorney, accountant, mortgage broker, realtor or someone referred to "1 stop shop"...  Are there any reputable names that can recommend me?

5)  Do I need come over to US for closing deal or just set up a "Power of Attorney", assign someone to do this for me? If so, who will be the right person to do this?

Appreciate very much for your guidance.

@Helen Chung I think @Alex Deacon is spot on with his reply.  I would suggest spending a lot of time here on BP and you will find others in the same situation as you and you may be able to partner up and help each other in this process.  Best of luck and you have came to the right place to learn and meet people who are willing to help you!
