If you want to buy a 20 unit building in the West Village it's going to cost an arm and a leg because that neighborhood is perennially popular.

As for Drexel there is lots of activity going on in Mantua and Powelton Village.

Edmonson Village, including many areas up and down the Ave.Allendale which is around EV.

I see you are located in Santa Cruz, which is one of many beautiful pocket markets here in CA, where you have astronomical real estate prices along the ocean and lots of opportunities in the "sea shanty villages" more inland.

Holiday Inn Greenwich Road

I went through a couple of pages of 'rental markets' search on the forum but didn't directly see this question answered.I've been researching properties in the Queens side of Floral Park/Queens Village/etc --  I don't see many listings for rentals (20-40) on Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Hotpads -- does the low number of listings on the sites mean the neighborhoods aren't good rentals like other parts of Queens (Elmhurst, Woodside, Corona, Flushing, etc) -- where you might see 200+?

I live in the most fantastic retirement area in the country, The Villages, Florida.

I live in Central Florida, The Villages.

Where I live now, The Villages, FL. has the same weather.
