I like the freedom of doing real estate deals, while helping people get what they want out of their opportunities to have property as another income stream.

In past years I always had in mind acquiring doors and having semi-steady monthly.While I have a highly flexible schedule, I don't have the freedom to be on call at any time.

You need that extra level of "freedom/control."

You get that freedom to make the choice versus being restricted by bills, cash flow, net worth, etc.Each level of net worth is not all sunshine and rainbows.

Most investors goals are more modest perhaps to replace their W2 income and get financial freedom and that doesn't require 100 doors.

Most people can agree it's a very slow process to build a portfolio, working to accumulate more units and reach financial freedom.

I started taking financial freedom seriously when I decided I did not want to work anymore and saw people not making it to retirement.

I have been doing research on markets and it seems like Columbus OH, Forth Worth TX, Houston TX, Chicago IL are the best possible markets in my price range at the moment.I am very motivated and excited to start my investing journey towards financial freedom with the great BP community.

Most all come from other industry and want a change.. just like you see all these folks on BP that want this mythical financial freedom well not so much myth but a dream right.
