Hello all,  I am currently a High School Teacher/Football Coach who is looking to supplement my families income by doing some raw land investments.

But I seen someone over pay for a house in the ghetto(by 10th st.) paid $70K for a house assessed at 40k 3 months later sold it the school at $120K because the school was expanding its football field, he obviously knew something no one else knew. 

Had some great football games up at the field up there in Mahopac.

Maybe you can take some of that 1.1 Billion and help the Detroit Lions field a decent football team!

I've worked with a startup in San Diego and I've coached American football in Knoxville, TN and Grenoble, France.

A little bit of my backstory: I am a former college football player and had graduated from university.

That coupled with what is expected to be a poorly performing football and basketball team, and the plethora of student housing going up downtown makes me think they will have a hard time filling them which means the duplexes on the outskirts of town will have an even harder time filling their vacancies.
