I try to keep that as a primary consideration, but it always seems to fall by the wayside when I find a seemingly good deal and succumb to the "shiny object" syndrome...I also did not know that little tidbit regarding Section 8 or other government assistance programs.And lastly, @Jean Mercer - Ahhhh your experience sounds miserable!
