BP Money Podcast 74 with Mark Wills

Hey everyone,

I finished the most recent BP Money Podcast show with Mark Wills and have to say, am definitely intrigued by his business.  It makes sense- everything he was talking about, and a few months back someone I met had done a similar side business as well.  Does anyone have any experience with Marks' program or just as a loan signing agent in general?  I suppose I'd like to believe that process was legit but the devil's advocate in me is also wondering if anyone has had success or not with it.  He sure does come off as a genuine person.

I may have shiny object syndrome... but I loved this idea so much when I heard it that I signed up the next day to get my notary commission (6 hour course to become a Notary Public in California, signed up through the NNA website).  Took the course in California a few days later, and then took Mark's Loan Signing System course as well as the Notary Signing Agent Course from the National Notary Association (NNA).  I have yet to do my first signing, but am in the process of signing up with Signing Services to get my feet wet before going directly to Escrow Companies.
