Say they have defective siding or the siding has asbestos etc. they will cover over with vinyl instead of dealing with the problem.

Post closing all this stuff happens to the buyer and they are looking for someone else to be liable for it etc.This is different from a HIDDEN defect that the buyer could not discover upon investigating before closing in due diligence.

It could be argued that broker/agent deliberately committed fraud by hiding latent defects and encouraging buyer to sign a disclosure waiver, thereby, placing buyer in a very vulnerable position.
