Hello,In My Experience...DC is the Hottest and still most up and coming/stable market in my opinion.I've only flipped properties in DC, butIm from Springfield VA.Northern VA is much harder to come across GREAT Fix/Flip or wholesale deals.DC and PG county are more abundant in Distressed Old full of Equity properties..This is why everyone and their mom markets to those areas using these boring postcards or letters.Which means.....you must have unique marketing strategies that work to get Real Deals ;) Would love to connect with you.DM me if interested.ThanksRaphaelAce Equity Pros

For now, I would like to treat REI more as a set up for a really good retirement, hopefully early one:)BP has such an abundance of information, I am really looking forward to reading all the resources, listening to podcasts (where Brandon and Josh are doing a great job, and thanks to all the people sharing their stories) and connecting with other investors, potential partners especially from Houston, where I think I will stay for a while.

@Jay Hinrichs I am not sure if I am understanding your replies here, which may be due to my lack of knowledge and your abundance of it on this subject, but it seems like you don't think this is a good way to go yet you run a website that is dedicated to reviewing turnkey providers which seems to make no sense to me.

The abundance of inventory is because some stuff is overpriced based off the condition and others owners probably multiple applications and narrowing it down to the right one.
