As a reasonably intelligent person, why don't you give it a read and see if your deal would/could work.

If you are wholesaling and honest with the people you are buying from and they are of average intelligence they will not be happy with the situation.

We have artificially inflated prices, in most of the areas with cash sales to out-of-state folks, or local cash buyers.
