Hello, new here and really looking to just kick the tires.

Most realtors worth their salt are already going to have investors they are working with, you need to establish yourself as a mover/shaker in order to get a realtor to actual do work for you.They only get paid if you buy, and there are WAY more newbies who kick tires than close deals. 

Thinking about going pro so I can begin analyzing deals using the calculator because I’m tired of talking about it..All the Best,Anthony

We are currently negotiating on three properties and will hopefully have a couple under contract soon.Also, I have to add...when I left their office to drive back to the airport, my rental car had a flat tire and without even hesitating, both Joel and Scott jumped in and changed my tire in record time (photo attached).

Some of the typical problems when kicking the tires when contract. 

Tired landlords, divorces, problematic rentals, probate, foreclosures, regulatory issues, etc. 

I got tired of working for the government after making too little for too much effort.
