Hello, new here and really looking to just kick the tires. Currently in the Tampa area and looking to partner with someone who has experience in the local areas in flipping houses after rehabbing.  What i can bring to the partnership is funding if the deal (passive investor) makes sense after running the numbers.  If interested and have ideas to share please reach out, thanks.
