It seems there are a decent amount of companies packing up and leaving Seattle and I’d like some insight on where things may be headed. 

MikeI have the excellent credit (780) and started in the local REIA last month so I might actually be heading in the right direction!

I'll be heading up there early Sept to scout some properties and then will be making trips a couple times a month.

That has led me to believe that even though they are essentially leaving a hefty margin on the table, they are still meeting or exceeding the required ROI required to complete large-scale renovations.Over the past decade, I have myself invested in multiple single-family homes but knew after the first few multifamily renovations that I would be heading in that direction.
