New RE investor in the Western NY market

Fairly new to Bigger Pockets and finally got around to my first forum post. I am fairly new to RE investing and am currently focusing on the Western NY market starting in Buffalo. For the most part, I am planning to invest in properties I can manage and begin generating steady income, and then flip properties as the opportunities come around. I'd love to build a strong network of other investors, mortgage brokers, property managers, etc. so I can ramp up my learning process. Always happy to chat, look forward to making a connection or two.
