Property was listed in a highly desirable zipcode in a tourist area on 1.02 acres.

I say Keller Williams because I used to be an agent there and I know they are a large brokerage world wide. 100% of $1,000 commission is still better than 100% of $0 commission. 

These properties are in major tourist of growth areas.  

You may not get the same tourist volume as Pigeon Forge, but you’ll attract a more consistent, quality guest base.If you're leaning toward an MTR, healthcare contracts and university housing demand will give you a steady stream of tenants.

I like the national parks and monuments, tourist sites like tombstone, the best cave in the world (karchner Cavern: i have been to all of the us competition except for Mammouth), the best slot canyons (i prefer buckskin gulch over Antelope Canyon), the wave, black canyon (i have done black canyon many times), horseshoe bend, rafting cataract canyon, etc.  

From a tourist standpoint we found Lucca, Italy; Amalfi Coast, Italy, San Sebastián, Spain, Bilbao, Spain, Sliema, Malta; Have fun researching.  

Although not tourist season they are alive for Xmas.  

In smaller/tourist locations the best places fill up fast and knowing you need a reservation is huge.

It can be difficult to provide any predictive info (while scrambling in reaction to a worldwide pandemic), but at least a status update is always good.
