What is the best overall water metering company you have found when it comes to ease of installation, reliability, and the cost of the equipment and monitoring?

Additionally, I am beginning to believe you don't live there to be the "house monitor" as this seems to be going on for a time period.

They have a first post restriction, but they have VAs monitoring that before it gets to moderators first and they just let everything through.

We used to have nice big TV monitors in the lobbies. 

@Allen Masry you stated you want to invest passively, so real estate is out, except for REITs, which are part of the stock market.You might be tempted to invest in a syndication, but those are high risk and you really need to research and then monitor them.

Brady,When I do my screening for new tenants I would weight the rental history the most.
