The ground floor has gas hookups for a gas oven and that floor has its own gas range/oven and kitchen which is also controlled by a ground floor sub-panel also with access to the backyard and to a lower cellar area where they have their own washer dryer and storage area.

Our rent-by-the room residents appreciate a lockable bedroom door, a private bathroom, sufficient on-site parking, a large refrigerator and a large washer and dryer (in order of most to least important).

I dont know the market in Las Craces.....but in the DC area, we definitely have a seasonal adjustment on sales, and if the property was here, it would have been listed at the worst possible time.

There are no pics of a washer/dryer i think at that price point no one wants to go to the laundromat in Baltimore.

You will want to provide basic amenities like included washer/dryer since living conditions are already less than ideal with that many roommates so you don't want the added hassle of them needing to go downtown to a laundromat. 3.
