Don't mess with the fire marshal...I know an investor in NB that got a warrant out for her arrest for not completing the punch list that a fire marshal created for her- it was a huge headache.Especially in buildings with more units, the fire marshals are much more strict.

I definitely come off as condescending to some, sometimes that is warranted and sometimes it is not.

As a consumer, a pool is always nice to have but I’d only pay more for it if the location warranted it and it was the norm. 

You never know whats going to happen and want to have that option and the warrant in your files in case you need to act on it.

Those are likely warrantable condos.

Plus if there actually was a significant issue you can find our about it then and send a partial refund in cases where it's warranted.

It would probably be easier with your current bank, but loyalty isn't always warranted.

Not enough to really warrant a "crash", just cause supply is still constrained. 

Small multifamily/partner deals would definitely warrant an LLC!
