Cook 5 pounds of chicken, rice and a veggie and pack them. 

However, diversification just to be diversified is not the answer, anymore than eating your veggies just because they are there.If I have a nice steak, and the veggies they bring look like they've been run over by a car...in order to attempt to kill the fungus on it, I'm not going eat the veggies...just to have a well rounded (diversified) meal.Like I said above.  

They even get Farmer's Market food stamps cards so they can buy their pot brownies, oh, sorry, their healthy veggies. 

So I go back to all those I sold land to in the 70s and early 80s  and sometimes I wonder if they are still living out there 30 miles back in on a dirt road  growing their veggies and now the weed is basically legal.. 

Besides that, it's also good to - Partner up, eat your veggies, exercise regularly, read a book, travel, learn a lot, meditate a little and remember to have fun

To me, this looks like a restaurant with booths along the windows and BIG breakfast omelets with lots of flavorful cheese and sauteed veggies and good coffee.

@James Wise  in portlandia the land of mold  its not bad if you can breath normally in the home.. if you need a respirator then your talking bad.it just goes to show some property has no value no matter what it is.. if you could not strip that to the bones and rebuild it and have equity or a cash flow then its value is negative and should be knocked down and turned into a community garden like they do here in PDX were all the hipsters grow there veggies... they pick them put them on shelfs on the side walks with cans to put the money in when you buy them.

Veggie oil bases are more likely to yellow, usually cheaper paints.
