@Andy Mirza I agree that there will be vast opportunities for distressed debt in the post-Covid environment, but we won't see those assets probably for another 9 months or more.

The vast majority of what you need to know about real estate can be learned right here on Bigger Pockets like you are already doing.

But like you all I have seen it done with other lenders.On the sale lease back Chris describes thats how i do the vast majority of my deals.

Overall, the City of Montgomery is highly focused on attracting large companies to its' vastly diverse and well trained workforce.
