I was getting 60+ emails a day, and people would just fall through the cracks.That's when I found Streak.

I get great ideas and think about new processes and strategies from others that are on momentum streak.  

A friendly fellow we usually get information from in exchange for farm fresh eggs and an occasional streak.

Called the Sheriff & it was fun to watch as he came back to retrieve the stolen loot.These bottom feeders may have an inherent streak of stupidity, but they certainly know how to play the system & they ALWAYS find another Landlord to screw over.
