Until you build trust with a team or contact you should view every property esp a MF that is a larger investment.

I am unfamiliar with being able to roll it into an IRA and THEN be able to invest it into properties.

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.
