Find their marketing name and last I checked they were in the large stores in the U.S.  3.  

Sea and mountain views, nearby public transport, the hospital, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, 5 min walk to the beach and 20 min walk to old town.

Really I would just call around to local used appliance stores for the area my property was in. 

This would keep 2X the stored hot water for usage.

Don't forget to tell the tenant where you will store their security deposit.

It has a great mobile app that lets you snap receipts and later match them to transactions, keeping everything organized.

Companies like CFA do much more in depth market analysis and research than I know I ever have done so some latch onto the back of those companies and look to invest in areas that these large companies are opening new/more stores in as a starting point.
