They dig up deals that make a head spin ("what, where the F did you find this?").

I took pre-existing ideas from other members, re-wrote them, and added my own spin to them and posted the draft below.

So how about we not spin and distort the facts. 

The idea of managing vending is enough to make my head spin.

It's going to be harder than you expect, more time consuming, and will feel like you are spinning your wheels for a while.

There is so many ways to spin the math it's almost endless. 

If all water is off in the unit but the dial is spinning you know water is moving through the pipe and going somewhere (usually a toilet).

I know that is tangential to your post, but there are pros and cons to just about all of these questions, and each sponsor will spin their answer to why it is better.I.e. track record: "we have an 7 yr track record, having sold 26 deals and averaging 28% net IRR to our LPs" vs "we have been in business 24 yrs averaging an 18% net IRR to our LPs, including 4 deals that lost money".  

Whether intent is there or not, you will be accused of redlining if you spin "red yellow green" or similar color coded market maps to identify places to invest or move.
