It sounds like you have been talking to residential lenders.The commercial rate will be a little bit higher, but a commercial lender should be able to refinance assuming you’ve held the building for 2 years they typically will lend 65-75% LTVIf you are in the souther Massachusetts market I can refer the best lenders in the area.Cheers to your success!

I’m based out of Souther California but my company invests in the PNW.

Their only regret is that they wished they bought more.Now this doesn't mean go out and buy everything you see but over the long-term, you really can't go wrong with Souther California real estate.

I work with a lot of investors who like North Linden, Souther Orchards, Hilltop, and surrounding areas.

Been devouring podcasts on here and am also a newbie investor but on the other coast in souther California where things are just as expensive!

In terms of investor driven growth though, I think the more southerly areas of Delco (Aldan, Collingdale, Lansdowne and Glenolden in particular) will experience more of the growth as they have more room to grow than the more established Main Line burbs.
