Cars and electronics ruin Soldiers' personal finances - ask me how I know.You have lots of pieces to the REI puzzle that you are putting together that appear to fit, but they are really all misleading. 

Thus is not the deal to cut your teeth on and it is unlikely that the bank will agree to a short sale with a deployed veteran owner due to protections for Active Duty accorded through the Soldier and Sailors Relief Act.  

Why would you take your little green soldiers away from fighting at 15% and have them go fight a battle at 2-3% in real rates?
