It is not the place to skimp to save a few bucks.

Don't skimp on legal fees because a commercial lease is a very different animal from residential leases.Good luck!

I agree on not skimping on furniture, it will help in the long run.

Hint: Don't skimp on staging costs for this one.

Do you really want to skimp on the inspection process that is your only test drive before getting the keys yourself?

It is a must, that you also include this as an investment.Many mistakes new investors make is to skimp on their office equipment.
