What type of shingles? 

Thank  you so much in advance. can you further describe what you mean by "using as a business" big diffference between having company vehicles there vs. having pallets of shingles in the driveway. what specifically or how specifically are they using it as  abusiness

A short time after a hurricane blew some shingles off the roof and caused a leak.

There are some missing shingles that I was going to have a roofer replace once I closed.

Instead, they miss the cloth or aluminum wiring and poor circuit allocation and instead show you with their fancy plug that "polarity is reversed"; or the always arbitrary "the roof likely only has 5 more years left max" because they see a 3-tab shingle from the ground and completely miss hail/wind damage on a newer architectural shingle citing its "lifetime warranty".

"Most" gets a little weird though - for example, in Michigan, you can strip and re-shingle a roof without a permit, but you have to pull a permit if you replace even a single square foot of the sheathing under your new roof.

No missing shingles but it's worn with moss on it.

I’ve seen shingles installed upside down.

:-)I had 3 FBI tenants (Flat Broke Indians) put up 7 squares of shingles on some apartments for a $100 credit towards their rent. 

Construction materials: Frame, no basement, roof: asphalt shingles, Floor: Carpet on stairs and bedrooms, LVP: Kitchen and living room.
